Soul Seed Terms of Service

2. Nature of Services

Soul Seed provides holistic wellbeing services that may include:

Guided meditation

Breathwork

Sound healing and healing vibrations/frequencies

Hands-on energy healing

Unconscious mind therapy techniques

Spiritual and personal development practices

These services are complementary wellbeing practices and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or clinical treatments.

Soul Seed does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

 

3. Eligibility

By booking a service, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older (or have written parental/guardian consent).

You are voluntarily participating.

You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

 

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be secured by deposit or full payment.

A space is not confirmed until payment is received.

Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

 

5. Cancellation & Transfers

All payments are non-refundable.

Bookings may be transferred to a future date with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Transfers requested within 48 hours of the session are not permitted.

If Soul Seed cancels a session or event, you will be offered an alternative date.

 

6. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

Participation may involve emotional release.

Results vary between individuals.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

You agree to inform Soul Seed of any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to participation.

You participate at your own risk.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Seed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

 

8. Confidentiality

Personal information shared in 1:1 sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., safeguarding or risk of harm).

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, meditations, recordings, teachings and written materials provided by Soul Seed remain the intellectual property of Soul Seed.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

10. Code of Conduct

Soul Seed maintains a respectful and safe environment. Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.

 

11. Amendments

Soul Seed reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be published on the website.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
