About these terms
These terms explain the basis on which Soul Seed Wellbeing provides its website, bookings, memberships and wellbeing services.
Bookings and payment
A place is confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent. Prices and any membership benefit are shown before checkout.
Membership cancellation
You may stop a recurring monthly or annual membership from My Library. This stops the next recurring charge; it does not issue a refund for the period already paid for. Membership benefits remain available until Stripe’s current paid-period end and then member-only access ends. Digital shop files bought separately remain available in My Purchases. Nothing in this section affects any statutory right to a refund or cancellation that applies to you.
Cancellations and transfers
The cancellation and transfer terms shown when you book apply to that purchase. Any term will be applied fairly and nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Wellbeing scope
Soul Seed services support general wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Website content is provided in good faith for general information. Text, images and other original material may not be copied or reused without permission.
