What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, booking details, purchase details, payment status and your optional email-marketing choice. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are not stored by Soul Seed.
How we use information
We use your information to reply to enquiries, manage bookings, memberships and digital purchases, provide services, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. If you actively opt in, we also use your email to tell you about upcoming Soul Seed events, circles, retreats and new digital practices.
Marketing choices
Marketing email consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase. We record when and where consent was given. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting soulseed888@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect service messages about an existing booking, membership or purchase.
Who we share it with
Information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as our booking, database, email and payment providers, only where needed to run the service or meet a legal obligation.
Membership cancellation and account access
You can stop a recurring membership at any time. Membership benefits continue until the end of the monthly or annual period already paid for, then member-only library access ends. Cancelling a membership does not remove digital shop files you purchased; those purchases remain available in your account.
How long we keep it
For a membership-only account with no purchased shop files, we keep the account for 90 days after membership access ends. We then send an advance deletion notice and schedule account deletion 30 days later. Renewing membership before deletion stops this process. Accounts containing purchased digital files are excluded so those purchases remain accessible. Separate booking, transaction, tax, safeguarding or legal records may be kept for longer where required. We retain a minimal suppression record when needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
