Sacred Renewal Retreat Day Saturday 23rd May 2:00pm – approx 7:30pm Rowhedge Village Hall This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Through grounding practices, somatic movement, meditation, cacao ceremony , sound and much more, we will gently move out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body and soul. This will be a powerful yet nurturing afternoon, a space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with your higher self and step forward feeling clearer, lighter and renewed. The afternoon will include: 🌿 Meditation & mantra 🌿 Somatic movement 🌿 Grounding 🌿 Shamanic cacao ceremony 🌿 Sound healing integration 🌿 Journaling and reflection time and more.... Light meal, herbal teas and refreshments included.
